Olen jälleen kerran aiheuttamassa harmaita hiuksia monelle tohtorille ;-)

After three weeks in a hospital, I´m finally back home. Feels good. Now I´m going between home, school and hospital. They gave me two days in a row Solu-Medrol iv and pred is now 20 mg. Muscle pain is gone, only the weakness is left. Infection specialist is now on board too to think about what to do next. I´ve been having this small fever over three weeks now and it looks like I have some kind of infection that is trying to wake up the myositis. Other option is that they are working together... I got my share (and some more) of different tests and they didn´t find anything new. That is good news, right?

I´m home, tests are ok. CK never rose above the limits and CRP has now dropped back to where it´s supposed to be. Then what is wrong? After couple of days I have fever again. It has gone up and down all these last weeks. I´m really tired. I have so much to deal with right now, physically and emotionally. I still feel like I´m having the most terrible flu.

Doctors are getting gray hair because of me. They have no idea what to do next. Today I should hear if they are going to change the medication, which has been the topic of the day.

Thank you people in the TMA board for being so supportive and patient with me during this flare. You have helped me so much you can´t even imagine.
